Event Booking Policy
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit guarantees your reservation and will be applied toward your final balance.
The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. Payment methods accepted: Cash, Zelle, or Cash App.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred once if rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice may result in loss of deposit
Last-minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the agreed package.
Coverage & Timing:
Please ensure your event starts on time. If your event runs over the agreed time, additional coverage is billed at $150 per hour (billed in 30-minute increments).
Travel fees:
20 miles of round-trip travel from Woodbridge, NJ is included
Additional mileage is billed at $1 per mile
Tolls and parking fees (if applicable) will be added to your final invoice
